Before making an inquiry, please take a moment to review the criteria provided below for a LiveSAFE Pop-Up Workshop.
- Minimum Attendees: A minimum of 20 attendees is required.
- Additional Attendees: If you don’t have 20 attendees, are you open to allowing others to join your pop-up? If so, how many additional seats are available?
- Location Address: Please provide the address of the training venue.
- Contact Person: Who will be the designated contact person for our facilitators if they have any questions?
- Equipment Requirements:
- Projector screen
- Whiteboard OR easel with notepad
- Bluetooth speaker
- WiFi access and prior instructions for the password
- If you don’t have these items, please inform us, and we can bring them.
- Room Setup and Comfort:
- Before confirming the class, please send a picture of the room where the workshop will be held. It should comfortably accommodate all attendees and facilitators.
- We prefer a chair/table setup in a pod style to encourage interaction.
- Host Responsibilities:
- As the host, you’ll need to provide breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks for all attendees.
- We’d like a manager from your company to participate in the management section. They can present a LiveSAFE moment or speak about the importance of safety. Who will this be?
- Workshop Timing:
- The workshops are typically held from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., unless otherwise specified.
- Facilitator Access:
- Facilitators will need access to the building/room 30 minutes prior to the start time to set up for the workshop.
