Important Information to review before signing up

 Please review the GOM LiveSAFE Training Requriements and the latest training schedule before signing up. If you are an Oxy Employee or Embedded Contractor, with an Oxy email adddres, please visit My Employee Central to register for trainning.

Before making an inquiry, please take a moment to review the criteria provided below for a LiveSAFE Pop-Up Workshop.

  1. Minimum Attendees: A minimum of 20 attendees is required.
  2. Additional Attendees: If you don’t have 20 attendees, are you open to allowing others to join your pop-up? If so, how many additional seats are available?
  3. Location Address: Please provide the address of the training venue.
  4. Contact Person: Who will be the designated contact person for our facilitators if they have any questions?
  5. Equipment Requirements:
    • Projector screen
    • Whiteboard OR easel with notepad
    • Bluetooth speaker
    • WiFi access and prior instructions for the password
    • If you don’t have these items, please inform us, and we can bring them.
  6. Room Setup and Comfort:
    • Before confirming the class, please send a picture of the room where the workshop will be held. It should comfortably accommodate all attendees and facilitators.
    • We prefer a chair/table setup in a pod style to encourage interaction.
  7. Host Responsibilities:
    • As the host, you’ll need to provide breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks for all attendees.
    • We’d like a manager from your company to participate in the management section. They can present a LiveSAFE moment or speak about the importance of safety. Who will this be?
  8. Workshop Timing:
    • The workshops are typically held from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., unless otherwise specified.
  9. Facilitator Access:
    • Facilitators will need access to the building/room 30 minutes prior to the start time to set up for the workshop.
